A90 is flexible pavement construction by using recycled bound asphalt planings. Tayset material is the new cold recycled bound asphalt plainings which is introduced by UPIC (Previously known as Pavement Design Solutions Limited). This bitumen material has been used in A90 reconstruction work. UPIC had been asked to support this application, doing site and laboratory test; Analyze the test result and development a structure design chart for roadways for material.
