The project in China was used hydraulic road binders and building roadways using local soils In China, A commune road and the base with an expressway has been built by UPIC (Previously known as Pavement Design Solutions Limited) using hydraulic bound material. The roadway was made water stable using a hydraulic road binder and mixed in-situ using a rotovator. With the expressway the hydraulic road binder was spread by labour and the powder mixed into the local soil by rotovator.
